Burning of herbs, particularly sage, is an ancient ceremony conducted by Native Americans to rid the air of viruses and pathogens that dwell in stagnant indoor air. Used after someone has been ill in a house or is about to be, Mini White Sage Smudge Sticks are an ideal tool for this purpose.

Instructions: Light smudge stick and blow. With focused attention, gently blow on stick to direct smoke. let it rest in a ceramic or fireproof bowl or a dish. Move it around the house in every room untill the smoke has reached every corner. Palo Santo, or "Holy/Sacred Wood," is an incense typically used by shamans, Qero's, and Andean native people for its cleansing and purifying properties. Sustainability
These Palo Santo sticks have been traditionally, legally and ethically gathered and harvested. Traditionally a Palo Santo tree lasts for around 80 years and the wood is only used once the tree has been dead for 4-10 years (when the tree is alive, the scent is completely devoid in the wood). It is only once the wood has been untouched where it has grown that it will then create its exceptional properties. All trees that have been used are harvested through a sustainable and natural process.
