DELIVERY SERVICE -

Delivery costs start from £3.50 for UK mainland delivery,  and are sent via Royal Mail on a Tracked 48 service or Evri 2-3 days service.

Orders placed up to 1pm will be processed on the same day, orders placed after 1pm will be processed the following day. All weekend orders will be processed on Monday.

Our Standard Delivery Prices:

SMALL PARCEL  - 0 to 2 kg £3.50

MEDIUM PARCEL  - 2.01 to 5 kg £5.95

LARGE PARCEL  - 5.01 to 15kg £8.95

FREE CLICK AND COLLECT SERVICE -

For more local customers you can order online and select the pick up option at checkout. Collect your order from the store Monday to Saturday 10-5pm or Sunday 11-4pm. To make shopping simpler whilst also reserving items that are low in stock.  

Please note, there may be a delay in processing your order over weekends, and we cannot be held responsible for delivery delays once the item is sent.

Although listed under weight categories for simplicity, delivery costs shown are estimates calculated to include the overall shipment, packaging weight & associated costs rather than the item/s alone.

Returns

Please Email us at : info.fromvictoria@gmail.com before returning any item.

Our standard policy lasts 28 days to receive a refund. If 28 days have gone by since your purchase, a refund or exchange is not available unless an item is faulty at the time of purchase. 

Online purchases must be returned and received before the end of 28 day period for a refund or exchange.

Online SALE purchases can be returned within a 14 day period for a refund of exchange.


To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging or wrapped carefully to arrive safely.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):
Books with obvious signs of use, any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Any item that is returned more than 28 days after delivery.

Earrings, House Plants & food items are non-refundable or returnable.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.

Shipping costs & return shipping costs are non-refundable.

Please note we must be advised within 6 months of any faulty goods. A refund will only be offered if an item cannot be repaired or replaced.

You will be responsible for paying the return delivery costs for unwanted items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over £40, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Sale items must be returned and received within 14 days of purchase.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. This also needs to be brought to our attention as soon as possible. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at fromvictoriashop@gmail.com and send your item to:

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift voucher will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will be advised of your return.
