Delivery & Returns

Orders are shipped Standard Class using either Hermes or Royal Mail. Delivery can take 3 to 6 working days from processing depending on the size of the parcel.

Also available is our FREE Click and collect service - order online and select the pick up option, collect your order from the store Monday to Saturday 10-5pm or Sunday 11-4pm.

TINY PARCEL  - under 0.5kg £2.50

X SMALL PARCEL - 0.5 to 1 kg £3.50

SMALL PARCEL  - 1.01 to 2 kg £4.50

MEDIUM PARCEL  - 2.01 to 5 kg £5.50

LARGE PARCEL  - 5.01 to 10kg £6.50

X LARGE PARCEL - 10.1 to 15kg £8.50

XX LARGE PARCEL  - over 15 kg £15.00


Please note, there may a delay in processing your order over weekends, and we cannot be held responsible for delivery delays once the item is sent.



Our policy lasts 28 days. If 28 days have gone by since your purchase, a refund or exchange is not available. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):
Books with obvious signs of use, any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Any item that is returned more than 28 days after delivery.

Earrings or items for personal use are non-refundable or returnable.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Please note we must be advised with 2 months notice of any faulty electrical goods. 

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. You will be offered an exchange or gift voucher for any unwanted sale items. You will be responsible for paying the return delivery costs for unwanted items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. This also needs to be brought to our attention as soon as possible. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at and send your item to:

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift voucher will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying the return delivery costs for unwanted items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over £40, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
