Lagurus ovatus, sometimes called Hares tail or Bunnies Tails is an ornamental grass which is ideally suited for drying.
Originally native to the Mediterranean, this is a clump-forming annual with pale green flower heads which ripen to a to a buff colour during the summer. With its ovoid flower heads, it is a perfect filler for your mixed bouquets.
